Five-Day ROI Assessment
During the five-day evaluation we will:
- Diagnose the challenges preventing the organization from fully capitalizing on data assets and applying insights to a range of business activities
- Identify the "gap to goal" by documenting the organization's current state and desired future state for analytics and reporting
- Analyze the tangible and non-tangible benefits of improving the quality of decision making by identifying a core set of new business activities that reports and analyses would support
- Propose a high-level roadmap that serves as an action plan for connecting business users with the right information, generating a tangible benefit throughout the organization
- Assess potential benefits in light of the estimated costs of moving towards the desired future state using the roadmap (high-level cost-benefit analysis)

Four-Week ROI Assessment
During the four-week evaluation we will:

- Identify the "gap to goal" by documenting the client's current state and desired future state for marketing program management
