This sophisticated reporting is presented to users in an easy-to-use, accessible format. Reports are generated through a drag-and-drop interface and delivered through Microsoft Excel via email. Users are presented with a series of questions that allow them to tailor the report to a specific time period, geography, or product. One report could have hundreds or thousands of permutations based on the criteria for which it is run.
For advanced users, Customer Insight provides web-based, interactive functionality so they can modify existing reports by drilling into a lower level of detail, adding/deleting report elements or changing the look and feel of a report. Advanced users can even build new reports based on existing metrics and attributes.
