Executive dashboards provide a visual representation of the key metrics users might want to monitor on a regular basis. Dashboards allow users to gain a "birds-eye view" of the business around indicators that are the most meaningful to them. Dashboards often direct users to an area of the business that requires further investigation. With Customer Insight, users are able to interact with and drill into the contents of a dashboard to better understand some of the underlying drivers of performance.
