What's it like working here?
CadenceQuest employees work towards the goal of providing enhanced customer analytics, retail business intelligence services and consistently connecting data that retailers have with the decisions that they need to make.
CadenceQuest consultants find themselves engaged in a myriad of different projects. For example, CQI consultants will work with a retailer to understand how the data reflects the client's business processes, figure out how to improve data capture, construct a data model, develop analytical reports, create a balanced scorecard, or develop a SharePoint portal. Since our consultants often work at client sites, we also set up small groups that help promote our "small company feel" away from headquarters. Home teams, which are small groups of individuals from various departments in the company, meet on a regular basis for social outings.
Back home in the Arlington, VA office, finance, human resources, marketing and sales teams work hard to make sure that CadenceQuest consultants have the support they need to deliver on their jobs, as well as to make the customer happy.
